Foods of Cutlassfish

KUNISAKI-city is famous for seafood, especially silver cutlassfish because it is oily and soft and that means taste is better than others. In addition, the city has the highest yield of the silver cutlassfish in the japan. What a wonderful balance it is. Therefore, if you go to KUNISAKI-city, I recommend that you eat some foods that are made with KUNISAKI-city’s silver cutlassfish. These are the foods that I want to introduce ; cutlassfish sushi, cutlassfish cutlet, Tachijyu(a bowl of rice with cooked cutlassfish seasoning with salt or sweet stuff).
Cutlassfish Sushi : It is delicious like all sushi, but the fish on the rice is very thick and had a clean taste and nice balance in flavors. Its texture is also great. It is more chewy than other fish of sushi.
Cutlassfish Cutlet : It is like other fish cutlets, but softer and thinner than them. It has creamy texture that is very nicely balanced with the crunchy exterior more than others.
Tachijyu: This is a bowl of rice with cutlassfish seasoning with salt or sweet stuff. The cooked cutlassfish on the rice is very soft and taste of that is moderately salty and sweet like teriyaki, but it is a little different. The harmony of the laver with fish is excellent. Your family will be love it, especially children.
